I once had this CO that wasn't Academy, but he had all of these listed traits....and worse.

Not limited to the academy, nor are all academy people guilty.

Thanks Lt Col Charlie Brown ! I appreciate that sentiment. Only wore my ring to formal events to avoid the stigma.

In the Navy, this is meaningless to enlisteds. In the Wardroom, it’s found much more.
