Thanks for the article. I learned the lesson about how we identify ourselves when I took attend the EOR class. We were asked to write out names and place in front of us. Of course, we all wrote our rank. Little did we know, this was the beginning of conversation about us being more than just service men and women but also mothers, fathers, ect. We do need to think about all of the things that matter to us well before we get out of the military.
