Not sure what this is. Article says that no arrests have been made. Also, when googling the story, it seems to have disappeared from a number of news sites. But if this is an accurate description of something that happened, then it makes me angry and hope that it is dealt with severely.

"Teens" committing felonies like kidnapping and assault on a 5-yr-old don't deserve protection intended for childish crimes that are "mischief".
