One other thing, I didn't go through the whole slide show so it may have been there, but best advice, write down your questions. Often you get distracted with the answer to one question and miss the others or forget to ask.

Generally pretty good as far as I read EXCEPT for two points. Anesthesia ask for the anesthesiologist the surgeon recommends. Actually I had surgeons recommend me a lowly CRNA because I had done the procedure multiple times with the surgeon and we communicated and worked well together. I do not think a surgeon can tell you what clients he has done proceedures on because of HIPPA rules that protect patient privacy. I don't think 26 year old Ms Olsen would like a stranger calling and asking about the mastectomy Dr Jones preformed.
