Who is going to sign this law?
Well ok, Nancy. Might as well legislate on something.
After all, there is still a whole week before the government shuts down due to a lack of budget passage. Plenty of time to box at windmills.

1SG (Join to see) I thought they already pushed through an extension for the shutdown... so, back to hemming and hawing as usual.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - Technically true (of the House, anyway), but not through the Senate. And we need a real budget, not this CR bullshit. Maybe if they didn't spend the whole year not working on the budget, we wouldn't be here. They still need to do the actual budget.
Then there is the fact that Trump said earlier this year that he wasn't going to sign CRs anymore.

We will see. They should pass a law against continuing resolutions, that would help our country. 1SG (Join to see)

Indict him for what? If it falls in the category of "high crimes and misdemeanors", then the Constitution already speaks VERY clearly about how such things are to be handled. If Nancy doesn't like it, if she doesn't want the burden of actually doing the indicting herself, that's just too damned bad. I think you're right MAJ Bryan Zeski, it's an exercise in passing the buck and avoiding responsibility.

So when you can't beat your opponent at the ballot box or in the arena of ideas, just find a way to try and remove them all together.

It's kind of been a theme the past 4 administrations.
