Social media, especially YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, think that they have the power to direct public opinion and thus determine the outcome of elections. Although there is some evidence to warrant their hubris, I keep going back and re-reading my own statement. "Social media, especially YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, think that they have the power to direct public opinion and thus determine the outcome of elections." Think about that. Could it be true that we are not free individuals, but rather the part of a herd being managed by an elite class? I know there are those who seek that outcome. The progressive movement in America has been working toward that end ever since Woodrow Wilson wrote their manifesto. In the Century since then, the progressives have been co-opted by the Left and made great strides in that direction. They were so close to achieving their goal that Donald Trump's election as President threw them into a hysterical snit that has raged unabated ever since election night, 2016. It's no surprise then that Social Media, believing that they can determine the outcome of elections, are closing ranks, and closing their doors to contrary opinions. They don't want the unwashed masses spoiling another election for them...

Crowder did a "Change My Mind Segment" in front of google or cnn, (don't recall at the moment) where it was being said that the mainstream media is lobbying google/youtube to ban independent media, because they are losing market share. In my personal opinion, that is the reason there is an anti-trust division in the federal government.

Since the big 6 are losing viewers which directly impacts ad revenue, while lobbying against independent media, that tells me that the people have decided, the big 6 are anti-American thugs and they need to go the way of the dinosaur. The only thing I can agree with elizabeth warren is that she want's to break up the tech monopolies. Even zuckerberg told his people that he fears warren's anti-monopoly stance.
