We can’t hire enough qualified individuals in the oil/gas industry in South Texas.

It was the same in Colorado and Wyoming - including wind power people. Some of the jobs were wrench turners while other jobs really did require that engineering degree to even understand what you had to do. We are not lacking for jobs anymore - we are lacking workers who *want* to work.

SSgt (Join to see) I agree. We can’t hire enough drivers to even man all our trucks. If you want a job you’ll find one in West and South Texas, New Mexico, Montana, and the Dakotas.
