I think Congress should kick CA out of the Union, the CA congresswanks would have no vote. Let them run for a few years as a socialist State. Then we would be able to see how well it works, I have my own opinion on what it would look like in 10 years.

Good intentions but what a disaster waiting to happen. Disgruntled spouses, work associates or anyone can create a nightmare of legal expense for a person. The worst part is the burden of proof is on the person who had a "red flag" raised on them. One to 5 years confiscation without any due process or a chance to contest the accusation. This is exactly the kind of absurd laws that the country wants to burden us with.
