There are not enough judges who openly express their faith in Christ believing it is somehow wrong.
The great myth here is the belief that there is something legally binding in the idea of "Separation of Church and State" when there simply isn't. It isn't written in the constitution nor the bill of rights nor any amendment to the constitution. It was simply something discussed so as to provide mutual assurance to both entities, the government and the state that neither would attempt to rule over the other. It has been stated so often as an absolute down to the smallest thing such as a coach leading his team in prayer before a game, that people believe it is the law and one that must be micro managed by the most liberal among us in the strictest of terms. Now there's an Oxymoron for you.
