He works for free, donating his salary back to government agencies.

Is this a trap, to get the Dems to attack his avarice, and then announce he's offering the facility's use for free? He's very good at making them look ridiculous in the eyes of the voters, you know what I'm saying?

Common sense would dictate that you read the article before commenting. Particularly before posting a speculative comment...because the answer to that speculation was clearly given in the article.
