Bad guys sprout up like weeds as the seeds of their discontent a spread far and wide on the winds of hate and avarice. Thus, there will always been a need to return to the same battlefields to dig them out from time to time

Some people seemingly don't understand the Pentagon has plans for all types of contingencies. That is one of the things they do over and over again. It is called planning. Some people are seemingly unaware of the process.

Well, since they cannot really fight any enemies here in the USA they pretty much are thinking globally unless you are aware of planning they are doing to fight domestically.
