He has no strategy. Impromptu decision making only leads to more chaos and this is what we end up with. Giving up a tactically advantageous position to falling back on some oil fields that ISIS wouldn't have access to if they were still in the Kurdish prisons.

Sometimes things are not what they seem: It’s now 10:08am EST on Sunday 27 Oct 19. Just finished listening to President Trump address the nation after taking out the leader if ISIS. We are in a state of the world that when you are removed from office, you are obsolete in well less than a year. All of us veterans, in our day, knew a great deal about world actions/policies; now not so much. There are a few truths that hold true, but they become less and less every day.
The proof is in the pudding: President Trump is a great president (possibly the greatest since Lincoln). Drain the swamp!

SSG (Join to see) - Friend: You say President Trump has no strategy, with impromptu decision making that only leads to chaos. Let’s critique the last 3 years quickly: In 3 years President Trump has turned our economy around by stopping politically correct policies that kill business, has brokered a new North America Trade Treaty that should be passed by Congress because the last one was so bad, is entering into meaningful negotiating with China that’s good for the United States and doesn’t just kick the can down the road for a quick political win like so many presidents before him, was stopped cold by Congress in constructing an new wall at our border (even though all the Democrats previously wanted a wall) and came up with a legal strategy to build it anyway… I can go on but I won’t, I believe you should get the picture here. President Trump evaluates a situation, develops a strategy for a desired outcome, and then has the mental toughness to make it happen, even though he has people lying and selectively releasing sentences out of context trying to impeach him. I wish I had “no strategy” like President Trump’s!!!

Back to the battel field: President Trump is developing new strategies to overcome an area that has been at war for thousands of years, where “every” president has failed before him; and from what I see he is making progress, and it is driving his opponents crazy. Virtually all the people who condemn President Trump on his policy in the Middle East have had their hands in failed past policies… Think about that for a while, or in the old days one world say: Put that in your pipe and smoke it! :)

The topic was Syria but since you brought it up ok. "In 3 years President Trump has turned our economy around by stopping politically correct policies.."
Trump inherited a much improved economy from Obama. Maybe you forgot about that big recession we had sometime around the late 2000s. See attached charts. It may refresh your memory.
"brokered a new North America Trade Treaty that should be passed by Congress because the last one was so bad"
According to who? He tweaked NAFTA and basically included language that 75% of the car parts have to be made in North America. The treaty still has to be ratified. That hasn't happened yet. As far as China goes...YES they should be challenged on their intellectual property theft and currency manipulation. However if it were as easy as just slapping tariffs on them all the previous administrations would've done that a long time ago. I guess we needed the wisdom of a alleged tax cheat and bankruptcy expert like Trump to find out. BTW how is the federal deficit looking these days?

The wall is stupid. Mexico isn't paying for it. He's reappropriating funds from the DOD to give his base what they want. Politics. MAGA- Mexicans Always Get Across

"President Trump evaluates a situation, develops a strategy for a desired outcome, and then has the mental toughness to make it happen.."

He has mental something alright but it's not toughness. He has the attention span of a 2 year old (I apologize to 2 yr olds). It is inconceivable to me that a man with a phobia for blood or the intestinal fortitude to serve his country when called upon is fawned over by people like you just because he pays you a little bit of lip service. Donald Trump is a motherfucking pimp. I'm impressed.

Syria- You're bloviating.

That’s one possibility, another could be they’re trying to protect the people who benefit from the oil.
