Good news. We military service members must serve with honor and discipline. Acts detrimental to our military core values must be met with swift punishment. Hopefully others will take heed and not commit the same offense in the future.

He is lucky to be able to retire at all...what is that behind you...oh thats right...its a gift horse...don't look it in the mouth. He is lucky with all the charges brought against him that he is even able to retire. A lot of the charges were dropped due to his "teams" testimonies like they are going to rat him out. As an E-7 has should be setting the standard for honor and discipline on that team...not leading the pack by skirting rules of war...posing with the dead enemy like it was a trophy animal on a safari. The rest of them should have gotten something as well. Take your retirement and be glad you got to keep it.

Agree with you, Cody. Many of the REMFs couldn’t carry his jock strap.
