Hmmm... so someone who was on the July 25th call has now testified that "nothing illegal" occurred. How can that be? Democrats wouldn't lie to us about this whole Ukraine matter, would they? After all, the only documented collusion was between ... oh wait. Never mind.

The democrats have still not been clear on what was illegal about the call. They said quid pro quo to start but there was not one.

They would call that a quid pro quo but let's be clear, we have quid pro quo's for foreign aid all the time. A country might need to do certain things to get the aid.
I suppose you will take the word of the pajama boy whistle blower (read mole/leaker) over Tim Morrison who is a top National Security Council official. The pajama boy who witnessed nothing himself but was sure there was something wrong.

The problem is that it is nothing more than opinion that something "illegal" occurred. And that is not proof of anything.
