Seriously? Will be interesting to see if someone tries to court martial this officer for simply giving testimony for a deposition in a closed door classified environment on information that had mostly been made public. Boo hoo. He disagreed with his chain of command. It’s not like he went to the press or Wikileaks.

You don't get a court-marshal for being subpoenaed to testify in front of Congress.
You *might* if you commit perjury or some other offense in the course of things.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - Hard to say about career impact, as we all know that is a nebulous thing. But if for some reason his 20 year career comes to a close, it is a pretty safe bet that this officer made a friend or two in the course of things that will assure his continued success, in or out of the Army.
Ain't no way this guy comes up on UCMJ unless he screwed up and did something illegal. Even then, he has got a lot of top cover.

SGT John Sprague - This is pretty hypothetical, but if he had a meeting and was coached, as you say, that would by a misdeed by the Congressmember, not the officer. What's the officer going to say, no thanks to a sitting member of Congress?

He isn't going to be CM'd. This is nothing more than someone writing an article about something they know little about. Nothing he did, unless he lied to the Committee, is a CM offense. The article says it is "possible"... Well, it is also "possible" that with all the Halloween candy I ate yesterday, I might crap out a golden egg...
