Is he a Senator?
Because if he isn't it doesn't matter.
Odds of Articles of Impeachment passing the House are about 65/35 right now, and I think they are getting worse as this goes on.
Odds in the Senate are somewhere between DOA and drawing it out until Iowa/ New Hampshire.
Passing the Senate? LOL, NOPE.
Hence the focus groups changing the words the Dems are now using.

For the record, that tweet was beyond tacky, not kosher, and a gift to the Democrats on a day that their hearing wasn't going all that well.
Going after her long record would be fine in a different context and if there was anything substantive behind it, but when she is in the middle of testifying it is a terrible look.
Much more damning to her and relevant in context would be the new Ukrainian President's assertion that she seemed more aligned with the previous Ukrainian regime. If true, that would be a good reason to appoint a different ambassador. Unfortunately for Trump, that item got overshadowed by the theater of the ambassador reacting to his tweet in real time.

I don't think she is impeachable as a witness, considering her awards and prior service. I didn't detect much bias in her. She acknowledged shortcomings with Dem admins.
