Yes, and then some. There has been a lot more cyber activity related to and/or directed at Russia since Trump came on board.

There are also terms like Defend Forward, Synthetic Technology and Persistent Engagement which speak to addressing and thwarting Russian (among others) cyber activity, election interference, and working with partner nations to find and share information/intelligence.
