Outstanding, and it is about damn time! MCPON Black knew what it was like to fight the ever constant uphill battle, but her persevered and the powers to be realized the usefulness, and effectiveness of the enlisted force having a voice. His wife Ima is still very active with the Chiefs Mess and has written a welcome letter to each MCPON since MCPON Black.
