Hard to build more and keep the standards high. You’d be hard pressed to find more guys willing and able to beat the course. Unbelievable how long it takes from BUDs to being a seal in an active platoon. Quite an investment of time and money and I don’t see how you can accelerate that.

Seems to me there might be a bit of burnout involved, not just for the Seals, but the Military as a whole..
