The "Judge" has been anti Trump from the start. Just because someone is on Fox doesn't mean they are pro-Trump

It came from the Huff. not the most reputable news source, they would never run a piece if they did already know that person was anti trump.

I've got $100 bucks that says the Republicans are not stupid enough to support this stupidity. Everyone can posture and have whatever opinion they want, but a Republican Senate isn't going to impeach a President that is popular with the base just because Schiff and Pelosi don't like him. This stupidity has simply been an attempt to criminalize normal political actions to undermine a sitting president. Since no one on the Democratic side is saying the Biden should be prosecuted on his public statements that he forced the Ukrainians to fire their prosecutor or objected to the fact that he intervened in a matter that benefited his son, I don't take anything being said serious.
I will point out the when the Republicans controlled the House and the party morons put forward a motion to Impeach Obama, the majority was smart enough not to support something that wouldn't pass the smell test in the Senate. In the current house, all the Clowns are in charge.

You need to know that first only the House can impeach. Next the Senate where the trial occur will be where a decision about of removal from office will occur that's the process.

SSG Robert Mark Odom - Technically, the House prepares the Articles of Impeachment, the actual trial to remove a sitting President is in the Senate. But it goes from a completely political process to a much more legal process, ran by the Chief Justice. But at this point it is no longer in the control of the Democratic House and the President will have the right to examine any witness or evidence in his defense and it requires 2/3rds of Senate to convict. The big thing is that all the witness that were repeating hearsay evidence probably won't be allowed and Trump's counsel will have the right to cross examine them under oath.

SSG Robert Mark Odom - I am quite certain that senate republicans will not remove this POTUS. In my clinical opinion, some are directly implicated in some of this criminal behavior, are focused on the immediate, and naturally will protect themselves from further scrutiny. as some of you can tell, I now see much of the world thru a clinical perspective.
