As Another Bomber Crash Lands, Is Russia's Military Hardware Falling Apart?

One thing lost on the world today- China and Russia are stepping in building schools, roads, etc- things the US used to do but chose not to waste the money on any longer. The problem is China and Russia both build crap- total garbage- the infrastructure they build is substandard and no where near US standard. So the country they are "helping" gets toys like those that were made in Japan in the US during the late 60s and 70s. So in response- I agree with Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth

In short, yes Russia's military hardware - particularly Soviet-era stuff - is falling apart. Quite a bit of it had previously fallen apart, been refurbished as Russia got flush with petro-dollars, then fell into disrepair due to use in operations in Syria and Ukraine.
