How the Pentagon Was Duped by Contractors Using Shell Companies

Misrepresentation should allow the Pentagon to pull the contract.

I tend to doubt that they were duped in the same manner as the general population.

They may have been approached with a less than honest offer, but most would calculate their possible cash and influence gains before going along with the deal.

However, just my opinion.
