It is rare when I agree with any conservative politicians, but here is one case in which I do.

I found Sen Lee's point pretty compelling. If we are doing a classified brief of what is going on and why the strike was ordered in the SCIF, what reason can possibly be there to not tell congressmembers what that is? I can only think of one, and I don't like where that thought leads me to.
We need honesty from our leaders, particularly when it comes to things like potential war making.
I have said it before and I will say it again, the POTUS is charged with the safety and defense of Americans and our interests. He has the authority to act. But Congress has the authority for actual warmaking, and they have abdicated that for entirely too long.

SSG Robert Mark Odom - Sort of. Let me know when they can pass a budget using regular order and we can start talking about monetary accountability. They have also purposely ignored this responsibility as well.

Agree that Senator Lee has the right to publicly express himself however he feels like to the press or others unless it is Top Secret Info. It is not within someone elses area of responsibility to tell him to shut up or censor his expression, that is the job of the voters. Emboldening the enemy? We should not even care about that as they have little understanding of how our Democracy works anyway, why tip toe around the enemy and their feelings. This is completely unacceptable.
