More time wasted by the democrats. This is a resolution that will go nowhere and do nothing. This is the government you get when a party is more concerned about symbolism over substance.

LOL the WPA itself is unconstitutional. Articles I and II detail the responsibilities of both the executive and legislative branches with regards to war. The only thing that can change the US Constitution is an amendment. I took an oath to defend the US Constitution, I would hope all of us did the same.

Just because neither branch has challenged it doesn't make it Constitutional law. Right and left wing sites have articles written detailing that. So, which Constitution did you swear to defend? Would you necessarily follow unconstitutional law?
