Army isn’t setting hard recruiting targets for the year just yet, chief says

If we want to have the best Armed Forces in the world, we have to recruit candidates who can make the grade. I would never advocate for lowering the standards.

I will say this. Whatever goal they come out with they need to match with what the economy is booming with. Economy is good and people are growing with it.

A branch that refuses to change with the tempo around them will lead to chaos.

I still believe with the nation recovering from two wars allot of stigma stuck with it. Which at times the population shies from. As well jobs are booming which is also making it harder.
