My parents are teachers and I was a teacher for two years. We don’t respect teachers here, and I am a selective quitter. Now I am two short years away from retirement with a good pension from Army.

Life is short and not fair. Take action and live with the consequences. Challenging authority in open meetings? Many higher ups demands subtlety. Not smart.
