Al Capone was imprisoned for failing to pay taxes. Why not this?

While not happy with everything the House and Senate decides, they are our elected representatives. We put them there. And, in the last 20 years plus, there have been too many instances of brazen disrespect and the answer is a shrug of the shoulders. Uh huh! It is up to us, We the People, to correct these faux pas'.
