2nd plane carrying American coronavirus evacuees lands at Texas base

I wonder if this thing is bigger than they are telling us. I don't remember a quarantine protocol for anything, ever before. I think it's possible we aren't being told the whole truth, and we are in more danger than we realize. I mean, SARS and the like never produced this kind of response.

I hope it can be contained.
