Rumor here at Ft Benning is he was reduced to O2 and returned to a M-day guardsman as part of a plea deal. That's unofficial just something I heard

One can hope that this is the case...thanks for your input sir. Can't wait to see it officially...have him show up somewhere back in Missouri and have to call me sir...just a disgrace to be in the same organization as he is.

His house is empty now, so he is gone for sure. It's a shame that people like that have to embarrass the Guard. He's lucky he didn't go to Leavenworth.

I found out recently that taking someone off AGR status is an administration action so no need for a courts martial. Also because he was going from title 10, to 32 I think they could also reduce him administratively . I'm guessing that's how they did it

I'm waiting for his enterprise email addy to change from LTC at MCOE to someplace else and hopefully that includes his rank. Thanks for the heads up again, sir.

He was my SGL at the EN advanced course. Was soft spoken and non confrontational. I was not surprised when I heard this story because he did not seem to know any more than the students.
