Obama had all the departments stacked and packed, weaponized more than one and used a mighty pen for bypassing Congress ... He’s still running a command post in DC .

SPC Ryan D. facts are easily ignored by those that either don't take the time to learn the truth, or don't care if something is true.
"The Trump White House said Monday that the Justice Department’s firing of 46 U.S. attorneys was standard practice for a new administration," that was 2017.
Obama did it.
GW Bush did it. In fact DOJ IG found that his firing of 8 mid term US Attorneys was politically based.
Clinton fired 93.
It goes back to at least Reagan. Nothing to see here.

SFC Thomas Foreman 1SG (Join to see) - a “ridiculous accusation” is in the eye of the beholder. And what sources they choose to believe.
Thankfully, All the world is becoming aware of the massive lies and corruption of the US Democrat House plus Obama’s Swamp Creatures trying to oust Trump even BEFORE he took office. The Left’s well-publicized efforts to delegitimize Trumps presidency have failed miserably, Dems are jumping ship by boatloads. Trump will EASILY win 2020.

Yes, he can recommend courses of action. As long as they are legal there is no issue. An A.G. who felt he was being asked to do something illegal should resign. The AG of the US reports and works for the president. The president can fire him too. The president also has the power to pardon which is plenary. He could simply pardon someone if he wanted to do so.
