Often times these issues are resolved by sacking the current administration and throwing $$$ at it. Any of us that have changed jobs, how long does it take to learn co-workers, the environment, the problems? I almost never feel sacking the current staff is the answer. Make them fix their own problems and if that does not work, then sack them.
