Something occurred recently that made me think back to an article I posted on ASKTOP.net in 2011. Is it NCO Business or Leader Business. Just my thoughts on teamwork. If information is shared freely and problems are collectively (when appropriate), solved the cohesiveness, professionalism, and capability of the team are simply amazing. I never had the distinction in either of the two squadrons I commanded. Everything was both the Comander's and the Chief's business.

Great article. As a senior NCO, I have noticed that their are definitely some issues that my Capt and CC want me to handle at my level. But the majority of the big decisions are made jointly.
It’s critical that the senior NCO’s and officers are on the same page when it comes to unit leadership.
