Federal judge orders Hillary Clinton deposition to address private emails: 'Still more to learn'

Pay attention and read the article MSgt... This topic isn't about questioning her on failures in Benghazi. It's about her choice to use a private server for all of her State Department e-mail correspondence. The point is to put her on record and to determine if her objective was to avoid FOIA and records management laws which define the handling of official records.

The only mention about Benghazi was this: "Judicial Watch also wanted to question Clinton and Mills about government talking points in the aftermath of the 2012 Benghazi attack." That is a separate effort which the judge has not yet approved.
