Esper says Taliban not honoring deal as US warplanes bail out Afghan forces

He nailed it. Don't think the Taliban considers limited attacks on Afghan Security Forces as a violation of their truce with the US. Some of us expected attacks against the Afghan government would have continued placing the US between a rock and a hard place.
