I will freely preface this by saying that I don't know all the particulars of this case, but from the outside looking in:
1."Rep Hunter was overdrawn on his bank account" and "had to check his balance to buy a bottle of water". - News flash, Duncan. Water from the tap is free. And private school? I think we might look to tighten our belt a bit and live within our $175k/ yr gig in Congress.
2. Series of extra-marital affairs... hardly a new thing for a youngish person in power. But mistresses and side-chicks are expensive. Even more so when the wife finds out and buys stuff to make herself feel better.
*I feel like I am counseling a Private right now...
This is rookie shit, and points to some serious character flaws before we even dig into the fraudulent use of campaign funds. Such people have no place in Congress. Sadly, he is just the one to get prosecuted for things many of his fellows also do.
