It seems to me that this article should be considered together with another regarding Chinese military activity in the region where the USS Theodore Roosevelt is crippled due to the Covid-19 virus forcing evacuation of the ship. Are the Chinese merely taking advantage of the power vacuum or did they take an active role in creating it.

It is a pretty big deal when a forward deployed aircraft carrier has to come off the line to resolve a problem like this. The Navy needs to crack the code soon, as people are berthed on top of one another, even hot-bunking in certain spaces.

Thank you my friend CPT Jack Durish for posting . To be honest, I would not at all be surprised if the Chinese have weaponized COVID-19 and derivatives. Of course that information would be highly classified so to be clear I am merely surmising :-)
