Scanning this article quick I don’t see the percentage of equipment taken. An article I saw yesterday quoted, if I remember correctly, they were taking like 20 to 30% of unused units. As always bday careful who you vote for, because in times of Emergrncy you life is literally in their hands.

My concern would be that there is more than one reason a hospital needs a ventilator. Regular surgery. Lung cancer patient. Emphasema. I understand repurposing underused equipment, but I hope they are taking standard uses into account when they do this.
