Pathways is a 112 bed complex care nursing facility located in Niskayuna, NY a beautiful suburb of Schenectady with easy access to 890, Northway and Thruway. We offer specialized care in: Pediatrics, Adults/Geriatrics, Ventilators, Traumatic Brain Injury and Rehabilitation.
Our 24 bed ventilator unit was made for residents that have suffered from an injury, disease or alternative respiratory complications.
