Question: Should everyone accused of sexual assault receive due process? How can we reconcile Biden's position that the accuser should be believed absolutely with the presumption of innocence required of due process (5th and 14th amendments each have a due process clause)?

Due process for all. Unfortunately some receive only what they can afford. Politics is rife with hypocrisy to preserve image and power. It is after all, about trying to please as many voters as you can. Often the perception of being pleased is enough. Considering the similar documented misdeeds of current POTUS, going after Biden is a reach. His accuser deserves to be heard though.

Agree. Let every accuser make their allegations freely. And then presume the accused innocent until a jury trial convicts them. We have had far too much trial by media.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - So far Biden's accuser story has changed since the first allegation in april 2019. I do feel she should still be heard and it should be investigated. Trump on the other hand is trying to delay his lawsuits and the conservative media is trying keep that buried while screaming biden from the hilltops.

To me it is about the hypocrisy of the left, they want to hang anyone on the right but when one of theirs is accused they become silent or try to cover it up, and CNN, NBC etc go right along with it. There should be an investigation but there won't be one..

Cpl Melanie Roberts - You know Trump was accused and the press tried their best but none of them stuck, but Biden will not even be investigated and most of the press will let this pass, so yes there is hypocrisy in the media and even you since I don't see you calling for an investigation just trying to deflect. Investigate if they prove false fine, but we will never know and this man is running for president.
