This time in quarantine and isolation is a time that can either make us better and stronger or a time that will drive us deeper into a dark hole of bad habits. We often have little control to what happens to us in life, however, we have full control of how we interpret what happens and how we act on that interpretation.

I self isolated when PTSD hit me hard.

do you find yourself having a hard time with anxiety attacks triggers or depression?

I have a little depression in the morning. I get some anxiety when I drive or go to Walmart. Buy it is all manageable. How are you doing? PO3 (Join to see)

I have mood swings sometimes when Im with your girlfriend. Insomnia comes back every now and again and depression gets the best of me when Im reminded of the friends I lost but in a gerneral sense Im doing pretty good. Im sure there are a lot of vets out there who are going through hell now though....
