Some interesting questions and interesting facts.
1. If Ahmaud Arbery was was out for a jog? He was over 10 miles away. Which is a 21 Mile round trip. 4 hours if he ran straight.
2. A Neighbor called 911, reporting that a man entered a partially under construction home that is partially closed in. Is this jogging behavior?
3. Arbery is in the house for about four minutes and then he comes out and runs.
4. Arbery stole a television in 2018 which was a violation of the probation from the 2013 charges. In 2013 was indicted on charges that he had brought a gun to a high school basketball game. Which brought him 5 years probation.
5. It's not sure what Arbery was doing in the home that was under construction.
6. 911 was called and Arbery leaves the home under construction and Gregory and Travis follow and call to Arbery.
7. Gregory McMichael was a former investigator for the District Attorney of Brunswick Judicial Circuit.
8. In a separate document, DA Barnhill reports that video exists of Mr. Arbery "burglarizing a home immediately preceding the chase and confrontation."
9. Reported May 7, 2020, By Christian Boone from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Greg Mc Michael previously investigated victim Ahmaud Arbery. Which helped in the previous prosecution of (Ahmaud Arbery).
10. McMichael, a former Glynn County cop, told Glynn police he recognized Arbery, 25, from surveillance video that captured a recent burglary in his neighborhood.
11. McMichael, who retired from the DA's office in April 2019.
12. Gregory McMichael knew the law deeply and well as he has been a cop and detective for many decades.
13. The chance that Ahmaud Arbery identified Gregory McMichael (sitting in the passenger seat) when the vehicle pulled up and asked Arbery to (stop we want to talk to you).

I don't care if he was jogging 200 miles from his house. The father is a retired police officer. He has ZERO authority to try and detain him... It would be like me as a former LT, going on to a Navy ship and trying to run things, they would kick my a## off the ship! The retired LEO had the authority to call the police and give an approximate location and description, that is it.

Sir, many states can “arrest” or detain people.
Under California Penal Code 837 PC, a private person is authorized to make a citizen’s arrest in California when the perpetrator commits a misdemeanor in a citizen’s presence or commits a felony and a citizen has reasonable cause to believe the perpetrator committed it.
I don’t advocate shooting someone. Trespassing is not a capital offense.

A good rule of thumb is to not pull a firearm unless you are doing so to protect yours or someone else’s life. Property can be replaced, lives taken can not. Unless they had a credible fear for their life and could not disengage they were in the wrong. Suspect they will spend several years in prison.

SSgt Joseph Baptist - They tried to stop him several times and he just kept running. Did not turn, run towards a house and ask for help, jump a fence to get away, nothing. There were houses, trees, vehicles in driveways to his left and right. When the video shows them finally getting in front of him, there is almost 2 truck lengths(appears) and he continues to run towards them. He had plenty of opportunity for cover or retreat. Videos very clearly shows that.
