Lt Col Charlie Brown well there were obviously persons in critical positions who were not qualified to hold those positions.

Always be careful of who we vote for because they put people in these positions. We always get what we vote for.

The nomination of administration official should have, at minimum, an ENTNAC inquiry before being sent to the Senate for approval. If they fail an ENTNAC, they shouldn't be eligible for a position in an administration.
Half of BO's administration wouldn't have qualified for a security clearance though normal channels. Van Jones comes to mind, a self-avowed communist with a felony conviction would have been disqualified for a security clearance.
And considering BO's past relationships/associations, he too wouldn't have been qualified to hold a security clearance without his election; bill ayers of the weather underground a domestic terror organization, frank marshall davis, a card carrying communist, et. al.
