There's a lot about the actions of this group I don't like. As to the adjacent property; who does it belong to and how do they feel. Could very well be that the group was in violation of TX law. I doubt the veracity of the story in that there were members of the group in the bar carrying. If you look like an Ass, you make us all appear to be also. Don't be "that" guy

Who called the police? Did the owner of the bar complain? I smell quite a bit of anti-gun spin in this story, and this wouldn't be the first Sheriff in Texas who over-reacted.

Well I think I will stick to getting legal advice from an actual attorney who specializes in criminal law and open or concealed carry, before I pull a Facebook/newspaper worthy stunt like this one. These are grown adults that should have spoken to a lawyer before getting members caught up in this mess. They didn't show up at a church to help them stay open what made a bar the best place to hold an armed display of open carry at.
