Cpl (Join to see) I only recently read on Quora about “Ramjets” being an emergency power source for the hydraulic and control system if an airliner lost all engine power?

That's an entirely different form of ram power, CSM Charles Hayden -- connecting an electric generator to a fan which gets spun up by either being hung out in the airflow or opening a duct to force air through the fan.
