CPT Jack Durish I hate seeing that they are manufactured by robots. F-35 may not always be on our side. Political alliances change. Look at Japan and Germany. I would like to see us develop something like the SAAB Grippen or the Eurofighter Typhoon. Not so much a stealth aircraft, but an air superiority fighter that does not break the bank per unit. Not instead of our current low observable fighters, but to augment. Make it so that the prospect of engaging the U.S. means that you are going to have your country ruled from the sky before a single soldier or marine even laces up their boots.
