Thanks Lori - I might add...if possible, have your resume proofread by a civilian, if you are looking for a civilian (non-military related) job. Not a retiree, or military spouse, or govt. employee - but a civilian who has minimal military knowledge. If they don't understand something, chances are the potential civilian employer will not, either. Just my two pennies...
