6 ridiculous things POGs do at the range

My company gets stuck running ranges rather frequently. In the last year I've seen: Someone commence firing during target identification, abandoned gas masks, innumerable variations of bad shooting form, private that didn't know how to open the tray on her M249. Another that had a M249 that wouldn't fire, I glanced it over cleared them off the line and told them to clean it and come back. When they brought it back it still wouldn't fire, so I asked if they had checked the chamber. Blank looks, so I told them to change the barrel. They had case stuck in the chamber. It didn't bother me so much that they didn't know, but that their company had simply dropped them off at the range with the expectation that we would babysit them and teach them to shoot. I've got enough to do to train my own soldiers without training everybody else's too. And then folks get their feelings hurt when they realize why we don't like them.

I thought for sure the article would list posing with weapons on the range...

Nothing says Range Week like eating the Chicken Fajita MRE for 12 meals straight and seeing if you starfish can live to tell the tale.
