Sad to hear that kind of thing has made it in there. Hope they enjoy Leavenworth. Should there be different punishment for them than for lower enlisted? YUP! They were going to be Leaders of our troops. Punishment for those in leadership positions should be higher since the impact overall is greater when "leaders" do wrong. Extenuating or mitigating circumstances allow for lesser punishment for some, I believe there should be more tacked on to someone in a leadership role who violates UCMJ and therefore sets an example to others.
