He finally doesn't want to be #1 in something but here we are... Slowing down testing won't help anything but our oh-so-untarnished image to the rest of the world, so why slow down at all? To risk more lives? Other countries are shocked at the approach we take every day.

All our test sites are provided by local medical groups. They move around based on usage, a test site with no visits, makes no sense. Are you saying the Federal government determines where these sites are located? Through a variety of agencies pay for the tests, but have no control of test sites. Could be wrong, if so please supply evidence from the government. Not biased sources speaking in generalities.
