Yep. Test when they get there. Isolate those who are positive. Limit range of movement for others who are not positive for 14 days. Then go train.

While in the 14 day period you can still run and work out outside to maintain conditioning. Plenty of ways to keep training up. Adapt. Overcome. SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth

I agree with David; these recruits are in the best place for quarantine and medical treatment. This is their first baptism and it's by fire. Can they bare the pain?
